Claudio es responsable por apoyar los retailers en Latinoamérica a tener la mejor solución tecnológica para su necesidad de negocio, objetivos y procesos. El ejecutivo se unió a Oracle en 2011, y tiene 20 años de experiencia actuando en el mercado de retail, y anteriormente ha ocupado posiciones de destaque en retailers como Construmart S.A, The Home Depot, Walmart y Supermercados Santa Isabel.

JOHN GREEN – VICE PRESIDENT IPSOS- GLOBAL SHOPPER & RETAIL

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and a Masters in Business Administration. He began his Market Research career working for Procter and Gamble. His experience there ranged across Business Analysis, Global Operations, Shopper Research, Brand Research, Market Measurement, and Forecasting. His category experience ranges across Laundry, Hair Care, Paper Towels, Bath Tissue, and Facial Tissue. John’s passion for Shopper Research was inspired by his experience on P&G’s original Wal-Mart Team and leading research for its Home Improvement, Electronics, Home Store, and Specialty Channel Teams.

He has extensive experience developing Global Shopper research and Channel Selling Strategies across regions to build category and brand sales.

 

MANISH KAPOOR – PRESIDENT AND COO AT CHEETAH LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY

Joined Cheetah as President and COO in October 2014. He is one of the leading industry experts in Logistics, especially Last Mile with relentless passion for customer experience and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Cheetah, Manish was Director of Worldwide Transportation at Amazon where he helped launch and expand delivery services in Europe, Asia and the US. Prior to joining Amazon, Manish served at FedEx as VP and Managing Director of Network Operations. There he led the transformation of FedEx Office (formerly known as Kinko’s) operations network, synchronizing the retail stores with centralized production facilities, transportation and eCommerce, supported by some of the world’s leading logistics solutions. Manish was recognized the industry leader and awarded the “2011 Global Xplorer of the year” award by Xplor International. Prior to joining FedEx, Manish was at Xerox for Corporate Strategy and also spent 10 years at Deluxe where he led the transformation of the check printing industry using digital printing technology. He also led the setup of one of first digital pre-press facilities in India for Thomson Press/Living Media. Manish has a Bachelors in Engineering from University of Pune in India, Masters of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY and MBA from Babson, MA. Manish is an exemplary leader at employing technology for business innovation.

ANDRÉS AMÉZQUITA – CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER – L´OREAL MÉXICO Y LA ZONA DE HISPANOAMÉRICA

Comenzó su carrera en Procter & Gamble México donde llegó a manejar el negocio de cosméticos para América Latina. De ahí tuvo varios roles dentro de Mattel Inc. donde destacan el haber sido el Vicepresidente responsable del negocio internacional para Barbie y Niñas. Durante este periodo estuvo a cargo del desarrollo de productos, planes de mercadeo y lanzamientos para mercados tan diversos como Europa, Asia y América Latina. Durante sus últimos cuatro años en Mattel, Andrés tuvo a su cargo los negocios ecommerce para Estados Unidos, con sitios web tales como Mattelshop.com, FisherPriceStore.com y Barbie Collector, además de manejar infraestructura para el mercadeo digital. Después de Mattel, Andrés ha trabajado en Amazon en la ciudad de Seattle, EEUU, siendo responsable del P&L del negocio juguetes, además de mercadeo, merchandising y desarrollo de experiencias digitales. Actualmente Andrés es el Chief Marketing Officer para L´Oreal México y la Zona de Hispanoamérica dónde trabaja para acelerar la transformación digital, el ecommerce y CRM para 13 países y cuatro divisiones.

CAMILA VARGAS V. - TRI HUMAN RESOURCES INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING

Ingeniero Industrial, colombiana, con maestría en gestión de Recursos Humanos, y coach certificado. Experimentado Gerente con más 15 años de experiencia internacional en materia de recursos humanos, incluyendo transformaciones organizacionales, desarrollo de liderazgo, coaching directivo y gestión del cambio en empresa multinacional (Procter & Gamble). Experiencia manejando la dirección y línea de RRHH (Responsable a nivel regional del desempeño de la organización de una Categoría de clave en América Latina con 1300 empleados y un negocio de US$ 1.1bn) así como de procesos staff y de expertise de RRHH (desarrollo de talento, reclutamiento y selección, capacitación, diseño organizacional, diversidad e inclusión, transformación y cambio). Experiencia en consultoría a nivel internacional (Argentina, Chile, Colombia y Panamá), y docente universitario.

CARLOS ROMERO - MARKETING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION – LATAM - GEMALTO

Con 15 años de experiencia en la industria de las Tarjetas Inteligentes, haciendo una carrera que ha pasado por diversas areas, desde producción hasta servicios de software y actualmente marketing e innovación. Estuvo a cargo de la organización y operación del primer Perso Center en Latinoamerica para Tarjetas Bancarias EMV y Tarjetas SIM de Telecom. En Gemalto se encuentra trabajando con operadores de Telecom y Bancos en la creación de servicios de valor en torno a nuevas tecnologias como NFC, Máquina a Máquina (M2M), Pagos Móviles y redes LTE.

MAAIKE VAN ROODEN – DIRECTORA SVT NETHERLAND

Maaike van Rooden is partner at SVT Branding & Design Group, a strategic retail design agency, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. SVT is unique in the market because of its integrated approach, which combines branding, strategy, concept, design and communication
with the in-depth knowledge of retail, and broad experience in the process of brand and formula development. This comes together in a grounded and holistic retail formula design.

Originally trained as Industrial Design Engineer at Delft University of Technology, Maaike is always looking for next practices in the ever-changing retail landscape by developing innovative solutions for retail branding and design issues that are meaningful, convenient and engaging for consumers.

Dennis has over 40 years experience in the retail retailing industry. His experience includes logistics, operations, inventory planning and management. He is a strategic thinker, who can translate strategy into tactical plans to affect operational improvement. Dennis was a Senior Executive with Target/Dayton Hudson for 20 years, his last position was Senior Vice President of Logistics at Mervyn’s. During this time he was also a co-winner of the Smithsonian award for technology excellence. Dennis started Green & Associates, a premier Supply Chain consulting firm, in 2001. ALEJANDRO PALMA TORRES – COCA-COLA ANDINA - GERENTE DE INNOVACIÓN Y PROYECTOS DE TRANSFORMACIÓN

Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, y MBA de Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, concentrándose en marketing y estrategia. Trabaja hace 10 años en Coca-Cola Andina, el séptimo embotellador de Coca-Cola a nivel mundial con ventas por US$3.150 millones. Ha sido responsable de las áreas de Segmentación, Inteligencia de Negocios y Route to Market, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Gerente General de Multi-vending y Gerente de Ventas de Nuevos Canales. Actualmente es Gerente de Innovación y Proyectos de transformación en la misma empresa. Profesor de Marketing Operativo y Estratégico del Departamento de Industrias, Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, desde el año 2007.

FREDJOSEPH GOLDNER - CEO AEROPOST

In January 2012, Fredjoseph was appointed CEO of Aeropost after 8 years as COO and partner of Aeropost International Services, Inc. in charge of software development, new products and country expansion initiatives. During his tenure he has guided the company growing from 9 countries to 38 where Aeropost provides service. Additionally, last year he led the company to launch the first completely vertically integrated cross border latin American Marketplace (yuujuu.com) that is fully integrated with the traditional Aeropost Payments and logistics platform built for Latin America and the Caribbean. Aeropost provides cross border solutions by getting as close to the customer as posible by building local teams, local customs processes, local delivery, and local payment options supporting its 177,000 Sq ft Miami operations facility. Previous to Aeropost, he founded a DSL company, BlueStar Communications, raising $75MM growing the company to 800 employees and 9 markets in the Southeastern United States before merging with publically traded Covad Communications. Fredjoseph is an entrepreneur who has extensive international and cross-border experience in internet infrastructure, operations, and application development. He has also worked on large logistics projects internationally including Spain and Mexico. He holds a Master in Finance from Columbia Business School in New York.

LEONARDO CRUZ - TESCO GROUP - DIRECTOR COMERCIAL DE ABASTECIMIENTO DE AMERICAS

Joven ejecutivo de nacionalidad británica y brasilera, quien se incorpora a TESCO GROUP, una de las cadenas de supermercados más grandes del mundo, en el año 2007, como Gerente de Compras del Departamento de Abastecimiento Global de la División de Alimentos en la oficina del Reino Unido. Hoy es Director Comercial de Abastecimiento de Americas, responsable de desarrollar e implementar las estrategias de abastecimiento para los 12 diferentes mercados de TESCO a nivel internacional. Hoy trabaja con más de 70 proveedores de Latin America llevando sus productos a todas las tiendas del mundo del Grupo. Leonardo tiene una vasta experiencia internacional, antes de ingresar al Grupo Tesco ha trabajado para Geest, del Grupo Bakkavor en sus oficinas de España, Francia, y Reino Unido. Realizo sus estudios superiores en Ecole Superieur d’Agriculture d’Angers, principal Escuela de Agricultura en Francia, y estudios comerciales en Harper Adams University College en Inglaterra.

JORGE LIZAN – FUNDADOR Y DIRECTOR GENERAL DE LIZAN RETAIL ADVISORS (LRA)

Fundador y Director General de Lizan Retail Advisors (LRA) una firma de asesoría internacional especializada en la industria Global de Centros Comerciales. Graduado de Arquitectura de la Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) en la Ciudad de México, MBA de Thunderbird, School of Global Management en Glendale, Arizona y miembro de del Thunderbird Global Council (TGC). Antes de fundar LRA, Jorge fue Vicepresidente de Desarrollo de Negocios del Consejo Internacional de Shopping Center (ICSC) de 2006 hasta enero de 2014, donde fue responsable del desarrollo e implementación de los programas e iniciativas de la asociación a nivel mundial. CAROLINE VLERICK - DIRECTORA EQUITY BRANDS SPARTA CHILE

MBA Harvard Business School, con más de 25 años de experiencia en consumo masivo y Retail. Empezó su carrera en 1988 en Marketing en Procter & Gamble Company en Bélgica como Brand Assistant de Pampers y Dreft (detergente). Después se va en 1991 a Nueva York, USA, para trabajar con JP Morgan como Trader en "productos financieros derivados”, haciendo su MBA en Harvard entre 1992-1994. De Boston vuelve a Europa como consultora en Mc Kinsey Company en Bruselas, Bélgica, entre 1995-1997 donde desarrolla su experiencia en la industria del retail. Desde ahí, nunca más dejo el mundo de retail donde ha trabajado como Gerente General en Cortefiel en España (compañía de retail moda) del año 1998 al 2005, posteriormente se va a Cencosud Chile como Gerente Comercial Supermercados Jumbo non food el 2006 y 2007, regresando después nuevamente a Europa como Gerente General de Darel en España del 2008 al 2009 (Venture capital retail), y finalmente del 2010 a Enero 2015, llega como Gerente General de Sparta Chile (retail Deportivo) logrando crecer el negocio y desarrollar la marca convirtiéndola en un caso de éxito.

LUIS EDUARDO HERRERA AMPARAN - SHOPPING EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Responsible for the Path of the Purchase at Lowe´s Mexico, which include Marketing, Advertising, Pricing, Promotions, Merchandising, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, R&D, PR, and all activities related to the interaction of the Shopper with the Company. Es Ingeniero Bioquímico y Marketing (1980–1987) con un MBA en Administración y Marketing (1988–2000) del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Inicia su Carrera en SIGMA Alimentos en 1987 como Gerente de Compras Corporativo, pasando por la Gerencia de Producción y la Gerencia de Ventas por cerca de 10 años. En 1997 ingresa al mundo del Retail como Gerente Comercial en HEB, desarrollando y potenciando el negocio en diferentes posiciones hasta llegar a Director Comercial de la División FOOD de HEB. Luis es Latam Chairman Board en CPG Category Management Association desde 2008 a la fecha.
